You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of damaged or defective items and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Free Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping for items that are returned due to an error on our part or a defect in the product. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange for another item or store credit that you can use at any time.
